Some call our world the knowledge society and others the brain-based one. The only certain thing is that the critical skills and answers of tomorrow will not be those of today. More important, however, may be the fact that the relevant questions are changing. Paradoxically, the ability to forget – unlearning – is becoming a key asset in a business world changing at the speed of light.
