A lot of people would say that if you believe that you can do it with 100 people, then you must have been pretty stupid using 500. For protection, we lock on a certain logic. To make real changes we have got to rethink our basic assumptions and break free from the logic of the past. We need what Konusuke Matsushita used to call, “Torawarenai sunao-na kokoro” – a mind that does not stick.
